The robot is good in term it does what it says. However, it may need some additional adjustments and calibration to work as expected. Also the bundling and tieing of the cables can be improved. What I like the most are the detail and easy to follow documentation and the tech support.

This hobby bot was exactly what I was looking for. Able to access the onboard raspberry pi and start programming. Company’s tutorials are good for a starting point, although some of the code comments etc are in Chinese. Tech support was responsive when I reached out to them with a question. Of course I’ve hit some snags along the way since I’m just a beginner programmer. But I’m very impressed with the quality of the chassis, all metal parts, etc. I will definitely purchase from this company again

What is the difference between the MasterPi kit for the Pi 4 and the Pi 5 other than the Pi itself? Also, what parts besides the Pi are not included if I buy one of the kits without a Pi? Is there any advantage with the Pi 5? What can the Pi 5 kit do that the Pi 4 can't?
1. Differences between the Raspberry Pi 4 and 5 versions: cooling accessories and expansion board.
2. The version without Raspberry Pi does not include cooling accessories or a TF card.
3. The Raspberry Pi 5 offers significantly better computing power compared to the Raspberry Pi 4.

I bought this robot hit from amazon, I already had a RB 4 b board so I didn't need the kit with the Raspberry PI. I came to Hiwonder.com to download the image and support files, and you have to contact support@hiwonder.com and request it if you bought the robot without the Raspberry PI. support@hiwonder.com was yet to respond, So now I have a $300 paperweight
